Financial Modeling & Funding
Solect can provide either a traditional owner purchase option or a flexible Solect Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA) which allows property owners to take advantage of solar technology with minimal upfront costs. Our team can provide a financial model that contemplates variables such as current electric use and price, cost of capital, federal tax rate and incentives, state Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs), total system costs, system life etc. The model will enable property owners to understand the economics of the project and fully participate in the analysis process, recommendation, and results. See Ownership ROI for additional information.
Customers may also opt for a Solect Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). After a successful feasibility assessment, a formal PPA is drafted which incorporates the kWh solar PPA price, contract term, site access agreeement, and service agreement to address the long term success of the project. Solect's team possesses expertise in financial modeling and capitalization, system design and engineering, and industry leading project management. Solect's cohesive project development will create a winning structure for all parties involved - from investors to project partners to end customers.
